Securing and maintaining a credible position in the current market place demands service providers that not only deliver real value but also continually challenge the operating model in order that the needs and expectations of customer's are consistently met.

Here at KGB Facility Services we are fully aware of the ongoing challenges placed upon us, in order to bring about innovation in today's workplace and in doing so we strive to sustain a competitive edge via a number of features that support the overall delivery proposition.

These include keeping abreast of the changes in and the improvements that technology can bring. This extends from the use of iPads installed with customised software to aid field and site management from staff processing, automated purchasing to performance monitoring along with the availability of dedicated customer portal providing on-line accessibility to contractual documentation.

Ensuring that we have the full support of our people in order to implement new ideas (many of which emanate from the 'front-line') and that we can meet their increasing demands and expectations in the areas of learning and development.

To do this we engage effective communication tools from a web based employee portal, the appointment of 'innovation teams' to local networking events and a clearly defined educational plan. Continuous review of the business plan derived for the customer both in terms of its financial and operational position. Cost vs. budget reporting & analysis, efficiency reviews and productivity mapping are all tools engaged for this purpose together with high levels of client interaction both at a strategic and local level.

All of the current initiatives will continue to be reviewed and developed and as such all who are engaged with the Company can expect innovation to be a regular feature on the operational calendar.
