Furthermore we are embarking upon on a number of other schemes that work alongside the learning plan to include an apprenticeship programme, aimed at encouraging young people into the industry. It has been designed to develop future management through on the job training, sponsorship on recognised courses, work shadowing and the opportunity to gain experience across the variety of sectors that we work within.
Enhancing our culture of ownership and holistic sense of responsibility there is throughout the business a strong focus on our CSR effort whereby our people are encouraged to participate in fund-raising events either that associated with the company's chosen charities or local to the communities within which they work.
